Booking & Performance Information
Sax Man AC Williams provides live saxophone entertainment for senior communities, private events, and special occasions throughout Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland. Please review the booking policies below.
Performance Details
• Standard performance length is 60 minutes unless otherwise arranged.
• Performances may be customized to fit the event or community atmosphere.
Payment Terms
• Payment is due on the day of performance unless a documented payout schedule has been agreed upon in advance.
• Checks should be made payable to AC Williams.
• An invoice will be provided for all scheduled performances.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations.
• In the event of illness or emergency, performances may be rescheduled based on availability.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and not rescheduled may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations without rescheduling are subject to the full performance fee.
