UPDATE ON AC'S PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT TERMS
We’d like to share an important update regarding AC’s performance bookings and payment preferences moving forward.
AC has expressed his desire for more consistent, steady gigs—ideally with facilities he’s grown to know and appreciate. To support this, he will be drafting a new contract on the invoiced to clearly outline expectations and streamline future arrangements.
In light of changing times, please note the following payment terms:

Same-day payment is now required for one-time performances.

Net 30 (N/30) terms are acceptable for ongoing or steady bookings.
Additionally, here are the updated local performance rates:

Indiana: $150.00/hr – $175.00/hr

Chicago: $200.00/hr
-
South Bend: $200.00/hr
-
(If another facility in the South Bend area is booked the same day, the rate adjusts to $175.00/hr per facility)

1. When it is necessary to mail the check after the performance, we appreciate your cooperation in signing off on the invoice after the show, simply to document that the work is complete.
2. Cancellation Policy: NOTE: Due to Covid, cancellation fee will be waived. Please contact Shere'e to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
